We are committed to
protecting the information you provide to us in the
same way that we would protect it if you were to
provide it to us over the phone, in person or
through the regular mail. Any & all personal
information that you provide to us for w web project
is stored in your customer account and burned onto
CD or DVD and given to you our customer. This is
the information that you knowingly and willingly
provide to us. We will never share or profit in
any way, nor do we distribute your personal
information in any way, beyond using it internally
to provide the services "you, the customer" have
requested.
All & any clients must read and agree to any or all contracts pertaining to your web project at hand. The initial deposit for web project is non-refundable, due to the start, designing, & hours spent on project at hand. The remaining cost of the web project at hand must be paid before the release and access to the website and web server.
Confidentiality:
If you do provide personal information, such as an
email, telephone or fax number, or other identifying
information, we do not & will not
disclose it to anyone without your consent. We will
maintain this information, as well as any other
transactions, according to our confidentiality
standards with you and only you, our
customer/client.
At anytime & discretion, SDC WebStudio, can terminate any current signed & agreed contract if we feel that the client is unprofessional in anyway shape or form. Client MUST explain understandable details for SDC WebStudio to create & design client's website to their specification. Unresponsive, unexplained, & non-understandable details is not tolerated by SDC WebStudio. If any of the above mentioned happens to continue after signed contract, SDC WebStudio has the right to terminate the agreed & signed contract. Clients expect professional business relationships & customer service, SDC WebStudio expect the same in return.
